Account Roles are only available to our managed corporate customers or those who purchase Advanced Account Management tools.

Account Roles
A number of Roles are available to be assigned to User Accounts. While the Account Owner maintains full control of the account, along with clear ownership of the account and its contents, User Accounts have lesser permissions and such Users are not associated with ownership.
- Super Users have generally unrestricted access and capabilities within the account.
- Read Only Users have access to view most areas of the account but cannot make any changes. They can initiate purchases but cannot pay for them.
- Technical Users generally have the ability to manage current account contents, but are unable to complete shopping cart transactions (purchases or renewals etc.).
